PMAC provide an electrode testing kit for performing tolerance checks (calibrations) on Ag/AgCl half-cell electrodes used in Cathodic Protection monitoring surveys.

 

The kit contains;

A set of three Saturated Calomel Electrodes with robust epoxy bodies making them far more suitable for use in the field and at sea compared to typically available glass body electrodes.

 

A zinc test block certified purity 99.7% to ASTM B418 Type I (MIL SPEC 18001K). On request, a 99.9% Purity ASTM B418 Type II (MIL SPEC 18001K) can be supplied instead, for those few end operator company standards that require such.

 

A 2kg bag of Marine salt for those occasions where local seawater at survey site is not of the salinity and temperature expected by International Standards such as DNV-RP-B401 or BS EN 13509, and artificial seawater is required to be made up to cross reference the received values from Ag/AgCl half-cells.

 

The kit is available with or without a Fluke 87V (Fluke 115 available on request) 4 ½ digit Multi-meter for taking readings.

 

All contained in a handy carry case to keep all the necessary small components together. MSDS and other relevant certification is also included in the box.
